I am a filmmaker, designer, and photographer based in Wellington, Aotearoa.

I am passionate about capturing the beauty of life and what comes with it; the complexities and hardship, the nonsense and heartfelt experiences. My film work consists of various elements across the scale; I’ve had a play with silly and comedic, simple and mundane, but also strange and thought-provoking. 

 

With a Bachelor’s degree in Screen Arts from Massey University, I have honed my skills by creating many short films and learning about the production process. My main focus in my last years is cinematography.  

I’ve also been granted many opportunities outside the university, such as working with Loop, as a camera operator for the NZ band ‘Fly My Pretties’ show, which allowed me to experience professional production and learn the ins for live music shows. 

I have always been captivated by the visual elements of art. My passion for film centres on cinematography and editing, while I also enjoy exploring photography and graphic or web design. I thrive on challenges, both for myself and my audience. As a creative, I prioritize collaboration, enhancing the director's vision while infusing my creative approaches. Through my work, I aim to ensure that my client's visions come to life alongside my unique artistic perspective.
